On Friday afternoon we received an emergency call from our customer that his Omlat motor spindle had failed with a bearing damage and that his production is now at a standstill.
Production standstill? Not with us! One day later, on Saturday, we had already completed the motor spindle, so production could start again on Monday!
For such cases we have all the necessary spare parts for many different types of motor spindles in stock. This is the only way we can guarantee to be able to help our customers “promptly” – if necessary, also at the weekend!
